Support
and Maintenance Options

When
you purchase a YouthStar license, 90 days of telephone technical
support is included. Also included is a one-year maintenance plan,
which allows you to download and install software updates.
After
your maintenance or technical support plans expire you may renew
them for a modest fee.
We
provide technical support only for the latest version of YouthStar;
therefore, in order to receive technical support you must have a
current maintenance plan.
